BuildingupontheJobDemands-Resources(JD-R)model(Demeroutietal.,2001)and theextensiveresearchonemployeeturnoverintentionandwell-being,weexamined variousdemandsandresourcesinrelationtotheseoutcomes.Thisstudyexaminedthe differentialrelationshipbetweenjobdemands, andpersonalandjobresources, andtwo organizational outcomes: turnover intention and emotional exhaustion. The job de- mandswereroleoverload,roleconflict,roleambiguity,andwork-lifebalance.Thejob resources were resilience, servant leadership, relatedness, autonomy, job opportu- nities, pay satisfaction, and person-organization fit. An online questionnaire was ad- ministered to full-time employees via Qualtrics panel (N = 364). Job demands were positively related to emotional exhaustion, and personal and job resources were negativelyrelatedtoturnoverintention. Usingrelative weightsanalysis, demandsand resources were found to account for different amounts of variance in the outcome variables.Thisstudyinformsourunderstandingofandcontributes
