Principia
A source-graded registry of organizational measurement.
Principia is a continuously-updated, source-graded survey of organizational measurement and its Bayesian priors. For each construct family it covers, the registry records the construct itself, every instrument that has measured it, reliability and validity evidence per instrument, effect sizes linking the construct to its predictors and outcomes, and synthesized meta-analytic priors fit for direct Bayesian consumption.
Every row traces to a primary source. Nothing here is original empirical research; original work happens upstream and feeds back in. Coverage compounds; this is not exhaustive on day one.

The same data is available as a REST surface at /api/v1/* (bearer-auth, per-consumer rate limits) and as an MCP gateway at /api/mcp. Priors are consumable directly as Stan / brms / PyMC distributions — see /registry/priors for the synthesized rows.
